The palate is big, waxy with ash peat. Sweetness outpaces the peat on the finish, leaving an impression of sweetness and peat balance. The finish is very long.
The official notes read: "Vanilla, heather, fishing net, burning tree branches. Honey roasted cashews, vanilla essence, syrupy, subtle peat notes. Burnt orange, heather honey, smouldering pine forest”.
