We love Single Grain Scotch Whisky here at Select Scotch Whisky. Grain Scotch Whisky is a very different beast from Single Malt Scotch Whisky and should be respected for what it is. It comes typically off of column stills, and is rectified to a higher ABV, so is much more about what the cask can bring to the whisky, alongside the contribution of time. For us Grain Scotch Whisky is at it's best when it has a long maturation in cask.
