The Teaninich Highland Distillery is not particularly well known, but is one of the real work-horses in the Diageo stable. A robust malt with plenty of toffee character and spice, balanced by a clean and fruity character.
This whisky was bottled by the Indie icons, Signatory Vintage drawing the spirit from two ex-bourbon Hogshead barrels after 10 years of maturation. This once comes very highly recommended.
