Starward Two Fold Australian Whisky

Starward, based in Melbourne, burst onto the Australian Whisky scene back in 2007 and quickly developed an enormous following!

The Starward Two-Fold Australian Whisky is a Gold medal winner from the San Francisco World Spirits Awards 2020 and also won a Gold medal for the Best Australian Blended Whisky at World Whiskies Awards 2019.

An Australian double-grain whisky. The Two/Fold factor is the blend of malted barley and for an aromatic, dry flavour, the use of 35% Australian wheat.

Lightly charred or steamed barrels. Sourced from Australian wineries that make great shiraz, cabernets and pinot noirs. Often filled fresh when the barrel is still wet with wine. Starward mature each whisky separately in Melbourne’s wildly varied climate, then deftly combine.

Smooth as silk. Spiced vanilla, tropical fruits and cereal characters rounded with red apples and berries.

700mL, 40%ABV
