The Isle of Raasay Cask Strength Whisky 2024 Limited Edition is the cask strength version of the Signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt (AKA 'The Draam'). Vatted and bottled at natural cask strength.

Crafted with meticulous care, this exceptional single malt is a testament to the artistry of the Raasay Distillery. Each drop is a celebration of the island's pristine environment, rich peat, and pure Highland water.

The 2024 Isle of Raasay Cask Strength Whisky is a lightly peated whisky, balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. The nose is intense with waves of rolling peat smoke, coastal character, and rich dark fruits. The palate is a pleasing play of peat, earth, honey, spices and dark fruits. The finish is long and satisfying with charred oak and lingering subtle smoke. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues.

The Isle of Raasay Distillery was founded by Bill Dobbie and Alasdair Day on the small Isle of Raasay, 15 miles north of Skye in the Inner Hebrides. Spirit production began in 2017, and since then Isle of Raasay has become one of the most highly regarded of the new Scottish distilleries. 

Rooted in centuries of illicit distilling, Raasay provides the ingredients for the perfect dram. Every drop of spirit for Raasay Whisky is distilled, matured and bottled on the island using water from the Raasay Distillery well, Tobar na Ba Bàine, ‘Well of the Pale Cow’. Mineral-rich Raasay water and long fermentations of up to 118 hours (5 days) develop sweet blackberry characteristics in our spirit before it even touches the oak of the cask.
