Provenance marks the first series in Douglas Laing and Co's Exceptional Single Casks Scotch Whisky journey. For Provenance, DLC bottle extraordinary Single Cask Single Malts from a vast range of Scotland’s Whisky Distilleries. Each bottling is offered to you “as natural as it gets” – at 46% alcohol strength or higher, and without colouring or chill-filtration. Casks tend to be refill which helps to highlight each distilleries unique spirit character.

From a single cask, this Highland malt Scotch Whisky from Balblair distillery was matured for 8 years in a single refill Hogshead. Gently spiced with liquorice on the finish but a balancing sweetness this malt has a complexity that belies it's moderate price tag.

From a single barrel, unchill filtered no colour added. Distilled in Sept 2010, Bottled in April 2019. 422 Bottles only.
