North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of  11 year old Caol Ila was bottled in October 2020 for the 11th series release from North Star. The malt was matured in a single first fill Oloroso Sherry butt producing a measly 410 bottles.

Expect lemon, white pepper, vanilla and a touch of smoky cranberry and pistachio icecream.
