Milk & Honey Elements Peated Single Malt Whisky

The M&H Elements series is a composition of flavors and aromas assembled from meticulously selected casks. Sherry, red wine and Islay casks bring forward different
characters for each expression in this series, vatted with bourbon and STR casks and culminating in beautiful natural colors, impressive flavors and a course of well-balanced
single malts.

The M&H Elements manifest the artistry of traditional distillation methods with rapid but graceful hot climate maturation.

The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky was matured in casks from Islay, that
soaked in smoky aromas and salty flavors, and was then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt. The Elements Peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the casks' typical Islay peaty notes; the result is a delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.

AROMA
Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon.

PALATE
Medium bodied. Vanilla sweetness is followed by a delicate peat touch. A light spiciness
accompanies ginger and lemon flavors.

FINISH
Long. The peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavors lingering on the tongue.
