Cask strength on this single cask bottling of Knockdhu was around the 67%, so the Decandent Drinks crew made the call to cut it back to 55% and the whisky is all the better for it.
An unusual beast, being a heavily peated (60ppm) bottling from the typically unpeated Knockdhu distillery.
