The Cooper's Choice range of single cask whiskies from Scotland's finest distilleries are releases from the Family owned Independent Bottlers; The Vintage Malt Whisky Company. The range is a homage to the passion and skill of the Coopers, the craftsmen, who build the barrels for maturation of Scotch Whisky. The range focuses on the impact of maturation in oak, and includes several obscure and rare wood finishes.

This single grain scotch whisky was distilled in 1990 at the Invergordon distillery in Easter Ross, Scotland, spending 30 years maturing in an ex-bourbon cask.  Invergordon distillery is the back bone of the Whyte & Mackay blended Scotch Whiskies.

One for fans of vanilla and brown sugar with coconut. The palate has notes of cereal, milk chocolate and ginger with a touch of caramel sweetness.

Bottled at Cask strength of 42.5%.
