Invergordon 1996 25 Year Old 'The Easy Sipper' Scotch Whisky

The Easy Sipper series is about approachability and enjoying whisky with friends, and this 25 year old Invergordon single cask grain Scotch whisky is a prime example. 

The palate is chewy Macaroon bars, vanilla with white chocolate and desiccated coconut and zingy lime. 

Distilled in 1996 at the Highland Invergordon grain distillery, and matured for 25 years in a single ex-bourbon barrel before bottling in 2021 at a high abv of 46.5%, only 160 bottles were produced, of which only 24 made their way to Australian shores.
