Holyrood Distillery - Brewers Series No.3 - Chocolate Malt New Make Spirit

Holyrood Distillery was established in 2019 in the centre of Edinburgh’s historic old town with a focus on an innovative approach to distilling, inspired by Edinburgh’s rich brewing history.

Holyrood Distillery Brewers Series No.4 features a helping of Edinburgh Ale Yeast, as well as a combo of two speciality brewing malts (crystal and chocolate) along with distilling malt, inspired by a recipe for 80 Shilling Ale.

 500mL 60% ABV
