Dailuaine 2007 14 year old North Star Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of 14 year old Dailuaine was bottled in May 2021 for the 15th series release from North Star. The malt was matured in a single refill ex-Sherry Butt producing 659 bottles.

Expect waxy cinnamon and freshly baked croissants.
