The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison and Mackay, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are all one off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whisky releases are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill-filtered.

From a very low first fill e- Sherry hogshead barrel, this Single Cask Scotch Whisky is very rich showing opulent fruit jam and treacle character. Delightfully well matured - smooth even considering it's high cask strength ABV.

Strathmill distillery in northern Speyside form part of the Diageo portfolio of distilleries with most of the Scotch Whisky it produces diverted to the enormous volume J&B blend. This has meant that Single Malt Scotch Whisky releases from Strathmill have been exceedingly rare; adding to the rarity of this release.

Only 151 bottles were produced from this very small out turn.
