Cadenhead Glen Elgin 12 Year Old Scotch whisky

Wm Cadenhead’s Ltd is Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, founded in 1842 but since 1972 they have been based in Campbeltown.

Cadenhead’s specialise in bottling single cask or small batch whisky, gin, rum, cognac, and other spirits from across all of Scotland and the rest of the world.

Cadenhead’s Original Collection Range are curious vattings bottled at 46% ABV.

An extremely juicy, spicy and fruity 12 year old Glen Elgin bottling from Cadenheads. 

Official notes read, “This Speyside whisky has notes of light fruits and an oily texture; these are things you will notice immediately. There is a slight hint of citrus that grows progressively throughout the dram too, and the finish is hoppy with a little nuttiness. An interesting whisky that mixes both commanding and subtle flavours”
