The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of from the Speyside Balmenach distillery was distilled in May 2013, finished in an ex-Tawny Quarter cask before bottling in March 2021.
This single cask whisky, distilled at Balmenach Distillery and finished in a Tawny Port Quarter Cask, displays notes of cherry, fig, hazelnut. redcurrant jam, black pepper and toasted oak.
Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 97 bottles produced from the cask.
