Aultmore-Glenlivet 11 year old Cadenhead Scotch whisky
Wm Cadenhead’s Ltd is Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, founded in 1842 but since 1972 they have been based in Campbeltown.
Cadenhead’s specialise in bottling single cask or small batch whisky, gin, rum, cognac, and other spirits from across all of Scotland and the rest of the world.
Cadenhead’s Original Collection Range are curious vattings bottled at 46% ABV.This 11 year old from the Speyside Aultmore distillery was matured in a Palo Cortardo ex-sherry casks, adding nutty and spicy notes, with some gentle red fruits.
The official notes read: "Rhubarb, subtle sherry notes. Mixed berries, gooseberry, kumquat”.
