Milk & Honey is an urban distillery found in Tel Aviv, Israel, founded in 2013as  Israel's very first whisky distillery. M&H's passionate and professional team are dedicated to crafting exquisite single malt whiskies in the heart of Tel Aviv, perfected by the local hot and dynamic climate.

The Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt Whisky is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and the Milk & Honey special red-wine STR casks, giving it a light and balanced character. 

NOSE

Gentle vanilla sweetness, followed by light oak and floral notes.

PALATE

Light body, vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by woody notes and light black pepper spiciness.

FINISH

Short but delicate. The oak notes linger in the palate for a while with a nice light spiciness.
