Fleurieu Distillery 'I am the Walrus' Australian Whisky

A wonderfully peated addition to the lineup from Fleurieu Distillery. Matured in 2nd fill Apera casks, the resultant whisky is silky, to-the point of being oily with gently bonfire soot peat smoke permeating through raisins and orange fruits and smoked meats.

Tasting Notes

Colour – golden amber.

Nose – light sweet on the nose with subtle peat aromas.

Palate – lovely sweet malt entry on the front that continues through to give good length and balanced with sweet peat.

Finish – lingering smoke and delightful soft finish..
