The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of from the Speyside Distillery was distilled in October 1998, matured in an American Oak Hogshead before bottling in March 2021.

Expect notes of melon, heather honey, peppermint, cigar box and oak spice.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 103 bottles produced from the cask.
