Invergordon 31 Year Old 1990 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky

The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This 31 year old grain whisky from the Highland Invergordon distillery was distilled in October 1990 and matured in a single ex-Bourbon cask before bottling in June 2022 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 5 releases for the Private Cellars Selection. 

Expect notes of sponge cake, light honey, toasted almonds, grilled banana on toast, creme patissiere and toasted cereal.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 172 bottles produced from the casks. 

700ml. 46.5% ABV.
