The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

The "House Malt" 100 proof 2011 blended Malt Scotch Whisky from The Whisky Cellar, expertly vatted prior to filling into a single first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, displaying notes of buttery toffee, sweet cherries, violets, orange zest and caramelised pecans.

Bottled at High Strength with no chill filtration. Only 699bottles produced from the cask. 

700ml. 57.1% ABV.
