The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

The “House Malt” range by The Whisky Cellar feature whiskies which characterise their region wonderfully at a highly affordable price point. This series 1 release of a sherried speysider is from a well known Speyside distillery.

Expect leather, macerated dark fruits, a touch of grassiness and a splash of bright orange rind.

Bottled at with no chill filtration.
