The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of Glenallachie was distilled in December 1995, matured in an American ex-Bourbon cask for 24 years before bottling in August 2020.

Expect a great example of a classic Speyside malt displays notes of ripe orchard fruits, muscovado sugar and toasted nuts. We get honied notes, with a touch of heather flowers and resin in the back. Extremely concentrated and long.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. 

700ml. 56.5% ABV.
