Blair Athol 7 Year Old 2014 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky

The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This 7 year old whisky from the Highland Blair Athol distillery was distilled in July 2014, matured in a refill cask before a finish in a single ex-white Portugese moscatel wine cask before bottling in February 2022 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 4 releases for the Private Cellars Selection. 

Expect notes of orange blossom, sweetened almonds, manuka honey, yellow sultanas and creamy mocha.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 338 bottles produced from the cask. 

700ml. 54.4% ABV.
