Benrinnes 13 year old Koval cask finish Scotch Whisky

The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of from the Speyside Benrinnes distillery was distilled in September 2007, finishedin an ex-Bourbon cask from the U.S. Koval distillery before bottling in March 2021.

This single cask whisky, distilled at Benrinnes Distillery and finished in a Koval bourbon barrel displays notes of warming sweet spice, banana bread, honey drizzled fruits and buttery pastry.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. 

700ml. 56.7% ABV.
