Benrinnes 11 Year Old 2010 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky

The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This 11 year old whisky from the Speyside Benrinnes distillery was distilled in October 2010, matured in a refill cask before a finish in a single ex-Pauillac red wine cask before bottling in June 2022 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 5 releases for the Private Cellars Selection. 

Expect notes of red peppercorns, cherries, sweetened almonds, honey and oak spice.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 267 bottles produced from the cask. 

700ml. 56.2% ABV.
