Ben Nevis 10 Year Old 2011 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky
The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.
“Unconstrained by age or statement of vintage, regionality or cask type…if our tasting panel love the whisky enough, we will bottle it.” - Keith Bonnington, Founder.
This 10 year old bottling from the Highland Ben Nevis distillery was distilled in November 2011, matured in a refill cask before a finish in a single ex-PX Sherry cask before bottling in February 2022 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 4 releases for the Private Cellars Selection.
