Tobermory Distillery is named after the bay it snuggly sits among on the Isle of Mull in the inner-hebrides of Scotland. The distillery itself was founded in 1798, only 10 short years after the township was built by the British Fisheries Society.

This Douglas Laing Old Particular Tobermory Whisky was distilled in December 2008 and matured for 15 years in a refill barrel before bottling in June 2024.

Notes from the bottler: "Nose: A sweet candied character with fruit salad and vanilla/spicy tang. Palate: Detect brown sugar and cinnamon with sweet Malt and stone fruits. Finish: a freshly baked pastry style lingers on alongside toffee and pear drops" FHL
