The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of Highland Westport (Teaspooned Glenmorangie) was distilled in Mar 1999, matured in an American oak hogshead for 21 years before bottling in August 2020.

Expect notes of citrus peel, digestive biscuits and stone fruits. Biscuity malt character, with peachs and grass notes. An extremely long finish.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. 

700ml. 43.8% ABV.
