Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This single cask bottling of from the Islay Caol Ila distillery was distilled in September 2012, finished in an ex-Madeira wine barrique before bottling in March 2021.
This single cask whisky, distilled at Caol Ila Distillery and finished in a Madeira wine barrique, displays notes of salty sea spray, smoked paprika, sweet tomato chutney, red fruit and burning bonfire embers.
Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 201 bottles produced from the cask.
