Secret Speyside 1990 31 Year Old Whisky Age Scotch Whisky

From the Taiwanese based Independent Bottler of Scotch whisky, 'Whisky Age' comes this single cask bottling of an Unknown Speyside Scotch Whisky. Distilled in 1990, and matured in refill cask SP001 for 31 years before bottling in 2021, this limited release was of only 245 bottles. 

Expect an soft and sweet with salty highlights, apricot nectar with salted vanilla cream, cedar wood, malt and spice. the palate has sweet orange, apricot and apple topped with dollop cream, espresso coffee, dried barley malt, nuts and cardamom spice. The finish is medium to long with more sweet citrus, complimented with building melon fruit, more coffee, cider, cardamom and spice with a pleasing fragrant herbal tea sweetness quality.
