North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.
This single cask bottling of 13 year old Auchroisk was bottled in June 2019 for the 8th series release from North Star. The malt was matured in a single Sherry cask producing a measly 280 bottles.
Expect oranges, brambles and caramel.
