Mannochmore 11 Year Old Scotch Whisky - Single Malts Of Scotland

As an independent bottler, Speciality Drinks Ltd searches for casks from the different distilleries around Scotland, looking for the best malts to share with whisky enthusiasts the world over. Each cask is sampled and only if it is found to be of the best quality will it be bottled in the Single Malts of Scotland range as a Single Cask or as part of a small batch. 

A batch of seven hogsheads from the Speyside Mannochmore distillery were used to create this single malt, distilled in 2009 and aged for more than 11 years.

Expect a lively nose punching with citrus and dill pickle notes, with an intense aroma of dried hay, apple sauce and bread and butter pudding. The palate is reminiscent of raspberry jam on warm toast with lawyers of confectionary, vanilla and gentle spice. 

Bottled without chill filtration or colour additions at a high strength of 48% ABV.
