The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.

This 11 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 at the Speyside Mannochmore distillery before maturing in select first fill ex-bourbon hogsheads. Prior to bottling the whisky was vatted and proofed back to 47.5%ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 721 bottles were produced.

Expect notes of toffee  and orange candy with a gentle hint of cinnamon.
