The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.

This 9 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2011 at the Speyside Glenrothes distillery before maturing in a american oak casks before a finish in select ex-Olorosso Sherry casks. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5%ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1900 bottles were produced.

Expect a Christmas Cake style dram, with red fruits and dry spices
