The Speyside Glenfarclas distillery proudly has retained it's independence and family-owned status since 1836, and in their 180-odd year history have amassed an enormous following. Typically their house style is focused around the use of ex-sherry barrels, and this is no-exception.
This 15 Year Old Glenfarclas Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rich and gold whisky, viscous on the palate with loads of sherry sweetness, spice, malt and a touch of herbal character. Very long and full on the finish. A gloriously sherried, sweet and distinguished whisky.
