Glen Moray 2007 14 year old North Star Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of 14 year old Glen Moray was bottled in July 2021 for the 16th series release from North Star. The malt was matured in a single ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead producing 280 bottles.

Expect hot rice pudding with melting vanilla ice cream, shavings of cinnamon and nutmeg.

700ml, 51% ABV
