Douglas Laing and Co's Old Particular range of Scotch Whisky consist of unique bottlings of hand selected Single Cask Scotch Whisky, bottled without colouring or chill filtering and at higher ABV's, just as the distiller intended..

Glen Moray Distillery is found in the Speyside scotch whisky region, and is owned by La Martinisquaise since 2008. Historically Glen Moray was a powerhouse component for many blends, but has carved out a large following for it's single malt releases. 

Notes from the bottler: "Nose: Round and fragrant with a Malty, floral and a freshly buttered toast style. Palate: Richly demonstrates a maple syrup, vanilla and crushed sugar structure. Finish: Subtly spiced, with soft white icing and a creamy, milky Malt backdrop" (FHL).

This bottling of Glen Moray 12 year old Scotch Whisky was distilled in June 2008 and bottled in Augustof 2020. The cask outturn was 354 bottles, and is bottled at 48.4% ABV.
