The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

The "House Malt" 100 proof (UK proof) 2012 Single Malt Scotch Whisky from The Whisky Cellar, expertly vatted prior to filling into a single first-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt, displaying notes of Arabica coffee, malt loaf, toasted spiced nuts, charred oak and rum and raisin ice cream.

Bottled at High Strength with no chill filtration. Only 729 bottles produced from the cask. 

700ml. 57.1% ABV.
