Campbeltown 8 year old North Star Scotch Whisky

North Star Spirits are a Glasgow based independent bottler priding themselves on bottling only the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky and Blended Scotch Whiskies. North Star specialise in artisan single cask whisky from all of Scotlands great Whisky regions. All North Star releases are small batch with no chill filtration and bottled at cask strength.

This single cask bottling of 8 year old Campbeltown whisky was bottled in November 2022 for the 21st series release from North Star. Most intriguingly this release is a blend of malts from at least 2 different Campbeltown distilleries! 

Expect smashed peaches on fruit crumble with Creme Anglaise. Spiced cherry tobacco with unicorn tears. A silky finish of brambles straight from the bush.
