Highland Park 1989 26 year old Rest & Be Thankful Single Malt Scotch Whisky

We have 1 bottle only of this exceptionally rare Independently bottled 25 Year Old single cask Highland Park. Distilled in 1989, the single malt whisky was matured for more than 25 years in a single ex-Bourbon cask before bottling in 2016.  The whisky was bottled at cask strength, with no chill-filtration or colour additions.

Expect a 'classic Highland Park', with floral heathery/thyme like gentle peat smoke, bright citrus fruits with honey'd notes and a peppery spice.
