Bunnahabhain "Moine" 10 Year Old 2011 Whisky Cellar Scotch Whisky

The Whisky Cellar is an Edinburgh-based independent Scotch Whisky bottler, selecting casks from its private stock at the peak of their character. Founded by Keeper of the Quaich, Keith Bonnington, Keith searches far and wide for casks showing exceptional complexity of flavour and length on the palate.

This 10 year old whisky from the Islay Bunnahabhain distillery was distilled in December 2011 and matured in a single ex-bourbon cask before bottling in June 2022 by The Whisky Cellars in their series 5 releases for the Private Cellars Selection. 

This whisky, distilled at Bunnahabhain Distillery in the peated "Moine" style and aged in an ex-Bourbon Barrel, displays notes of salty sea breezes, crisp green apple, cigar box, vanilla cream and cracked black pepper.

Bottled at Cask Strength with no chill filtration. Only 294 bottles produced from the cask. 

700ml. 55.4% ABV.
