Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2023 release Scotch Whisky

The Kilchoman Distillery overlooks the dark & peaty waters of Loch Gorm. The 2023 Limited Edition 'Loch Gorm' release has been put together from whisky maturing in casks that previously held oloroso sherry. The casks were sourced from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin of Jerez, Spain, and have added layers of rich fruity character which is balanced beautifully with t eh classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus notes.

Nose: Hints of cacao with an essence of leather, black berry and light smoke.

Palate: Roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and roasted dark fruits give way to light ashy peat smoke.

Finish: Balanced and long with Fresh Islay sea breeze.
