Ardnamurchan AD/ Paul Launois Release Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
A relative new-comer (and hidden gem) is Ardnamurchan distillery. Founded by Adelphi Selection (Independent Bottlers) in 2014 on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, the most westerly peninsula on the British mainland; the distillery produces both peated and unpeated styles. Impressively, Ardnamurchan distillery convincingly markets itself as the 'greenest' distillery in Scotland.
The AD Paul Launois Release is from a series of releases from Ardnamurchan of whisky finished in ex-Paul Launois champagne casks. A QR code on the back label will provide you with all the information you could possibly want on your bottle. Including batch size, bottling date and who bottled the whisky! It's about full transparency from field to bottle.
This AD Paul Lanouis release single malt scotch whisky is from unpeated spirit all distilled in 2017.
