Fleurieu Distillery 'Tapestry' Australian Whisky

Fleurieu Distillery is found on the Goolwa Wharf near the mouth of the River Murray in South Australia. Owners, Gareth and Angela Andrews, have been passionately refining their craft with numerous small batch releases, coming to the attention of the whisky loving public in 2017 with the high quality of their initial releases. 

Fleurieu Distillery Tapestry Australian Whisky is a celebration of the art of blending, utilising whiskies matured in both ex-Bourbon and ex-Apera casks.. The whisky is complex and precise, with lifed notes of flowers, polish and walnuts. The palate shows off these flavours with class while being supported by a weighty malt derived texture.
