Ruadh Maor 2011 11 Year Old Carn Mor Strictly Limited

The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. This 8 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2011 at the Highland Ruadh Maor (the name for Peated whisky produced at the Glenturret distillery) distillery before maturing in a select refill ex-sherry hogsheads for 11 years. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1473 bottles were produced.

Expect notes of fresh barley with sweetness and gentle peat-smoke following the palate..
