Carn Mor Strictly Limited Glentauchers 2011 10 Year Old Scotch Whisky

The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.

This 10 year old single malt scotch whisky was distilled in 2011 at the Speyside  Glentauchers distillery before maturing in select ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts for over 10 years. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5%ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1690 bottles were produced.

Expect something luxurious with sticky toffee pudding, topped with caramelised figs and dates..
