The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask range of Single Cask Whisky from the family-owned independent bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a very limited range from distilleries all over Scotland. All the bottles are numbered and once they are gone they cannot be replaced as they are from one-off bottlings from a single cask. The Carn Mor Celebration of the Cask Scotch Whiskies are bottled at cask strength and are all non-chill filtered.

This 23 year old single cask scotch whisky was distilled at the Bowmore Distillery on Islay in 1996 before spending 23 years in an ex-Pedro Ximenes Sherry Butt. The cask (#901278) produced 471 bottles of malt at a cask strength of 58.4% ABV. 

Expect a  malt with vanilla bean pod flavours, earthiness & balanced with peaty smoke and a soft nutty finish .
