The Cooper's Choice range of single cask whiskies from Scotland's finest distilleries are releases from the Family owned Independent Bottlers; The Vintage Malt Whisky Company. The range is a homage to the passion and skill of the Coopers, the craftsmen, who build the barrels for maturation of Scotch Whisky. The range focuses on the impact of maturation in oak, and includes several obscure and rare wood finishes.

Bunnahabhain Distillery on the isle of Islay has rightly developed a reputation as one of Scotland's greatest distilleries, producing whiskies of exceptional reliable quality with a unique distillery style.

This single cask release from Cooper's Choice of Bunnahabhain "Plum Tobacco" Islay single malt scotch whisky was matured for "many years" in a single ex-Tempranillo wine cask, before bottling with natural colour, no chill filtration. 

Expect a wonderful play between the sweet peat smoke and fruit, with ripe plums, sweet malt and a smokey bonfire peat. "A truly memorable dram for Islay lovers"

The single cask (#4451) produced only 330 bottles, with the Australian allocation being 24 bottles. Select Scotch Whisky are the only Australian retailer stocking this exceptional whisky.
